August Mack Environmental, Inc. is searching for ASP.NET and Web Page Developer. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development of web-based electronic programs and SQL database systems that will automate Internet and environmental data collection activities. Specific duties include:
· Develop, create, and maintain web-based interactive applications
· Update and enhance company website
· Maintain and improve existing in-house customized programs
· Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting, establishing connectivity with network systems, and using XML for report generation.
The ideal candidate must be creative and have the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently; work with management and staff to develop automated solutions for data management, storage, and retrieval; quickly learn new technology and provide direction and planning to utilize technology; and possess strong interpersonal skills.

SALARY - $40,000 - $55,000 annualized, depending upon experience. Upper level negotiable for exceptional candidates.
EXPERIENCE - Requires two or more years experience working with .NET; two years of working knowledge with ADO.NET, WINDOWS FORMS, and/or C#; two years of working knowledge with HTML & JAVASCRIPT, FLASH, MACROMEDIA, and/or SHOCKWAVE; and a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, software/electrical engineering, or related field. Other combinations of experience and education, which meet the minimum requirements, may be substituted. A solid understanding of relational database concepts, software development life cycle, and development methodologies is desirable. Knowledge of SQL server is a plus.
