Holidays
Employees receive 8 paid holidays per year.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Designated for vacation, personal, and sick leave. Employees are entitled to 8 days per calendar year (2.46 hours accrued per pay period). PTO leave increases after 2 years of service.
Additional PTO Leave (certain positions are eligible)
An additional PTO day can be earned each pay period by meeting certain work time criteria for all staff and billable goals for technical staff.
Medical/Prescription and Dental Insurance
AME offers and subsidizes medical/dental/prescription drug insurance.
Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance
AME provides LTD insurance coverage which provides income protection of 60% of an employee's monthly base salary after 90 calendar days of approved disability.
Group Term Life Insurance
AME provides basic term life insurance coverage for employees in the amount of $25,000.
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan
This plan provides voluntary investment options designed to supplement retirement income. The company will match 50% of an employee’s contribution up to 6% of an employee’s compensation. The plan is on a 6-year, graduated vesting.
